Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine quinoa and coconut milk.

2. Add a sprinkle of chia seeds, raspberries, and a dash of cinnamon.

3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to low heat.

4. Simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let sit covered for another 10 minutes.

5. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste and top with sliced banana before serving.
