Your nervous system is your body’s control centre. It determines whether you feel safe or threatened, calm or on edge, connected or shut down often beneath conscious awareness.

When life has required you to stay switched on for too long through stress, emotional load, trauma, caretaking, uncertainty, or constant stimulation the nervous system can forget how to fully rest. Even when nothing is “wrong,” the body may stay in a subtle state of vigilance.

Over time, this can show up as: chronic tension or fatigue, difficulty switching off or relaxing, emotional overwhelm or numbness, sensory sensitivity or overstimulation, feeling disconnected from your body, rest that doesn’t feel truly restorative

This session works directly with the autonomic nervous system, supporting the body to shift out of survival responses and back into regulation, where repair and balance naturally occur.

Rather than analysing or revisiting stress, the body is given direct, somatic signals of safety, allowing it to soften and reorganise from the inside out.

What Happens in a Session

You simply lie on the table in comfortable clothing, supported in stillness, with gentle music playing and an eye pillow over your eyes.

There is no talking, no questioning, and no emotional processing.
I work quietly and intuitively through:
