  • Reiki is a calming, hands-on technique that supports your body’s natural ability to relax, recover, and restore balance. It works by gently encouraging the flow of energy through the body, helping to reduce stress, ease tension, and improve overall wellbeing.

    During your 60-minute session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table while I place my hands lightly over specific points on the body. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing, often leaving with a clearer mind, lighter mood, and more grounded sense of self.

    Reiki can be especially helpful during times of stress, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, or when you simply need space to pause and recharge.

    This session is suitable for anyone seeking practical, low-impact support for mental clarity, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation.

Distant Kinesiology Sessions

  • These sessions are a powerful way to receive deep energetic support, no matter where you are in the world.

    This is perfect if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking clarity and want support in a way that’s easy, gentle, and energetically aligned.

    • Pre-Session Consultation: A brief 15-minute call to discuss your areas of concern and set intentions for the session.

    • Remote Kinesiology Balance: Utilizing distance muscle testing, I tune into your energy field to identify and clear blockages, balancing your body, emotions, and energy system.

    • Energetic Remedies: Incorporation of techniques such as colour therapy, EFT, acupressure points, and other modalities to support your healing process.

    • Aftercare Support: A detailed overview of the session, including insights and recommendations to support your integration.

    • Platform: Sessions are conducted briefly via Zoom for seamless communication and then transitioned to remote.

    If you feel the need for further discussion or clarification after receiving your session overview, a 30-minute follow-up call is available for an additional $50 AUD.
