EFT - The Knowns and the Unknowns
I hear you life feels full of unknowns right now. It’s natural to feel unsettled when we don’t know what’s around the corner. From tomorrow’s plans to our finances, health, work, family, or the bigger picture of the future it can all feel uncertain.
But here’s the truth: did we ever really have certainty? We only thought we did. That sense of control gave us comfort, but life has always carried its unknowns.
What I’ve found is that when we come back to stillness through grounding, breath, and gentle practices we start to relax. When our body is calm, our immune system benefits, and we’re able to see that there are, in fact, many “knowns” we can lean on.
Here are some of those beautiful truths we do know, even in uncertain times:
Tapping helps calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety.
Meditation focuses the mind and brings peace.
Gratitude attracts more of what feels good into our lives.
Movement clears stuck energy and creates flow.
Acts of kindness uplift both us and those around us.
Self-love is powerful medicine.
How EFT Works
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called tapping, is a gentle practice that blends modern psychology with the ancient wisdom of acupuncture. Instead of using needles, we tap on specific meridian points on the face and body while focusing on a thought, feeling, or situation that is causing stress.
By doing this, EFT sends calming signals to the nervous system, helping the body move out of “fight or flight” and into a state of balance. It essentially rewires the stress response allowing us to release emotional charge, shift limiting beliefs, and create space for clarity and ease.
Tapping sequence: Embracing the Uknowns & the Knowns
Side of Hand
Even though I feel anxious about all the unknowns, I accept who I am and how I feel.
Even though the uncertainty feels overwhelming, I accept who I am and how I feel.
Even though I can’t control the unknowns, I accept how I feel anyway.
Eyebrow: I feel the weight of these unknowns
Side of Eye: The future feels uncertain

Take a deep breath here. Notice how your body feels. Then continue:
